(from the lovely and semi-consistent Barnes and Noble)
As Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob–knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella has one more decision to make: life or death. But which is which?

As (oh my god. it happened AGAIN! hehehe. weiiird.) much as I adore this series, does anyone ever stop to think: Wow. Even without the supernatural crap, this is so not believable. Anyone? Did you ever think this? No? Well, whatever, then. I thought it. Aren't vampires and werewolves supposed to be badasses or something? How could they let Victoria get away from them for almost three frickin books, man? How?! I mean, jeez. And I cannot believe how reluctant Edward is to change Bella. He is all, "we have this under control" macho man, when obviously they do NOT have it under control, because, as I said, they didn't catch her until the end of this fricker. I know that the whole drawing the thing out was necessary for some plot twists and whatnot, but it got a bit irritating once you re-read it. The first time around, you eat the whole thing up. But the second time around? And the third? And after that? Not so much. But! I think that I enjoyed this one the most, much to the shock of fellow Twilighters. It was honestly the best one (maybe Breaking Dawn was, but it is close) and I don't care what anyone says because the Jacob and Bella kissing situations were awesome. Some people are in the background whining, "No! It was sexual harassment! It was mouth rape(?)! Jacob is a bastard!" Yeah, well, shut up. Because Jacob is not a bastard. Okay. Just think about it. Don't girls force kisses on guys a whole bunch? Well? Yes. Yes they do. Does that make them mouth rapers/sexual predators/bastards? Not in particular, no. It just means they want some lovin. And the second time around, Bella enjoyed it. Therefore, the majority of Team Edward is just making a low blow because Bella happened to forget about their precious Edward for a moment. *sigh* Okay, I'll quit rambling now. Though it is in my name to ramble, but whatever. Eclipse rocks.
